A registration fee (350,000 HUF) is due during the registration process. The registration fee is non-refundable after May 31, 2023. A 200,000 HUF discount will be applied to the registration fee for each additional sibling.

Registration fees/ Re-enrollment fees are charged annually.

A 10% tuition discount will be applied to siblings from the same self-paying families. This discount does not apply to Financial Agreements with corporations or governments.

Parents are required to sign an “Educational Service Agreement” during the registration process. This “Educational Service Agreement” is valid until the student leaves the school.

The parties responsible to pay for the services defined in the “Educational Service Agreement” will also be required to sign a “Financial Agreement”.  Prices for services are increased annually, and the Financial Agreement is amended accordingly. Therefore, the responsible parties are required to annually sign the amended Financial Agreement.Tuition and EAL program fees will be charged twice a year.

Tuition #1 and Tuition #2 are calculated by calendar year (not by semesters).  See the Payment Schedule for payment details. Some services are provided by Third Party service providers. Parents are responsible to establish relationships with these providers. They include but are not limited to:

– Lunch

– Uniforms
All students, regardless of when they enter the school, are required to pay the full registration fee. Tuition fees due, on the other hand, are prorated based upon the date the student enters the school.

If a student is withdrawn from school during the school year, one month’s tuition fee will be added to the prorated amount of the tuition fee. The amount covers the costs associated with withdrawing a student from the school.

All outstanding accounts must be paid by the due dates. Overdue balances occurring 30 days after the due date may result in late interest charges and the student being restricted from classroom participation. No report cards, transcripts or other school records will be released until all balances are paid.

All fees may be paid via bank transfer or in cash at the school’s business office.

Please refer to the School’s Student Manual for other finance-related policies. Please see payment schedule for payment deadlines: Payment Schedule 2022-23
